Jacquie Mortillaro, Licensed Master Aesthetician Six years ago, I embarked on my journey as a Master Aesthetician—a path filled with education, diverse experiences, and incredible client stories. I began by studying advanced esthetics at the Catherine Hinds Institute, where I learned the foundations that would guide my entire career. My early days in a dayspa setting introduced me to pharmaceutical-grade products and the art of caring for every skin type. I received specialized training and certification to work on the most sensitive skin types, including performing facials for oncology patients—a responsibility I hold close to my heart. I was also fortunate enough to be trained by European skincare professionals, which allowed me to master luxury massage and body treatments. This international experience added a refined touch to my approach, emphasizing both relaxation and rejuvenation. For the past three years, I’ve been honing my skills in a medspa alongside an NP, performing injectables and laser treatments. It was during this time that I became a medical-grade skincare expert through ZO Skin Health—performing chemical peels, microneedling with PRP, and hydrafacials. I take pride in curating custom facial plans and home care routines for all my clients, ensuring they receive the personalized care they deserve. Some of the most memorable moments of my career include working with the Patriots cheerleaders and Miss Mass USA each year, as well as guiding brides on their journey to perfect skin for their big day. Each experience has deepened my commitment to providing exceptional, science-backed skincare. Thank you for being part of my journey. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
At Luxe and Lavish Aesthetics we value your time and strive to provide the best service experience possible. To ensure fairness to both our clients and staff, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations or Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
2. Late Cancellations
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 dollars.
3. No-Shows
• Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service price.
4. Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure that we can accommodate other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
5. Emergency Exceptions
• We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to make your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
